We Offer Permanent Housing Solutions
Supportive Services for Veteran Families is a permanent housing program, with a primary focus on rapidly rehousing veterans who are experiencing homelessness, as well as prevention for those at imminent risk of becoming homeless.
Eligible veteran families in the city of Houston, Harris County, Fort Bend County, and Montgomery County can receive the following assistance from our team:

From there we can schedule an appointment at a time and location that is convenient for you. Our phone line is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., except on national holidays.
