Description:
A 10-session, in-person diabetes education program designed to help participants take greater control of their diabetes. Friends and family members are welcome to participate.
Program includes:
- 10 weekly sessions
- A welcoming environment for friends and family
- A gift basket and certificate for participants who complete the program
- Fatty liver screening by Pinnacle Research on November 5
