CHIP/Medicaid Renewal Assistance Event

Keep your kids healthy! Texas Children’s Health Plan is here to help you with the renewal or application process for health coverage. At our event, your family can renew or apply for children’s Medicaid and CHIP benefits while enjoying light refreshments and giveaways. Representatives will be available to help you one-on-one!

Please note: Families are served on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of applications is limited by staffing and time. Bring children’s Social Security number, U.S. birth certificate or proof of legal residency status, proof of all family income (last 30 days), and state renewal packet or case number (if available). Pregnant women should bring Social Security number, U.S. birth certificate or proof of legal residency status, proof of all family income (last 30 days), and proof of current address. You may still qualify for CHIP Perinatal regardless of immigration status.
